pk33 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Casino Rules

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pk33 (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). pk33 operates the website at pk33.life and all associated services, games, promotions, and support channels. By accessing or using any part of pk33, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities based on your jurisdiction, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read by Pakistani players in clear, straightforward language. Where any clause is ambiguous, pk33 will apply the interpretation most consistent with fair dealing toward the Player, provided that interpretation does not conflict with the plain meaning of the clause or applicable law.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk33 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between pk33 and its registered players. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the more specific promotional terms will govern for that promotion alone.

To register and use pk33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. pk33 does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or promotion.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations, bot-operated accounts, and accounts created on behalf of others are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on pk33. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, device, household, payment method, or IP address are not permitted.
• You must not be a currently self-excluded player who has requested exclusion from pk33 or from any platform with which pk33 shares exclusion lists.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pk33 employee or operational partner.

pk33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during any account review. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

pk33 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its compliance obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to provide documents including but not limited to: government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method verification documents.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk33 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk33 will not ask you for your password at any time through any channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

If you suspect that your pk33 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at support@pk33.life. pk33 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending verification.

You may close your pk33 account at any time by contacting customer support. On closure, any remaining PKR balance (excluding unconverted bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

pk33 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All of these methods are available to Pakistani users without additional foreign exchange considerations.

The minimum deposit on pk33 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits are processed in real time for all supported methods. If a deposit does not appear in your pk33 wallet within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• pk33 does not accept cash deposits or deposits in any currency other than PKR.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your game balance and wagering has commenced.
• pk33 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may request a withdrawal from your pk33 account at any time, provided that your account has passed KYC verification and that the funds you are withdrawing are "real money" — that is, funds that originated from your deposits or from converted bonus winnings that have met the applicable wagering requirements. Unconverted bonus balances cannot be withdrawn.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pk33 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed manually during business hours and are typically completed within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 2 hours for bank IBFT transfers. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. pk33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• pk33 may request additional KYC documents before approving any single withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or a cumulative monthly withdrawal total above Rs 200,000.
• pk33 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on public holidays may experience minor delays due to banking system availability, though pk33's internal processing continues 24/7.
• Fraudulent withdrawal attempts, including providing false payment details or attempting to withdraw funds from a bonus that has not cleared wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the relevant funds and potential account suspension.

pk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, VIP cashback, referral rewards, seasonal promotions, and birthday bonuses. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are stated on the Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply to all pk33 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable PKR.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the original deposit. Your deposit is always available to withdraw before the bonus is cleared.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Only one deposit-based bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new deposit bonus before clearing an existing one will result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• pk33 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and confiscate related funds if it determines that a player has abused a promotional offer, including through use of multiple accounts or coordinated play designed to guarantee bonus profit.
• VIP cashback and referral bonuses carry no wagering requirements and are credited as real PKR that can be withdrawn immediately.

All games available on pk33 — including Live Casino, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Ludo Games, and Virtual Sports — are operated under the game rules displayed within the game interface. The general betting rules below apply across all pk33 game types unless the specific game rules provide otherwise.

• All bets placed on pk33 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement, except in the case of a documented platform error.
• In the event of a game error, technical fault, or connectivity interruption during gameplay, pk33 will review the situation and apply a fair resolution. Where an outcome cannot be determined reliably, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

• Providing false identification documents during KYC or attempting to impersonate another person at any stage of the verification process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk33's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. pk33 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including but not limited to: loss of expected winnings from a bet not placed due to platform unavailability, losses arising from third-party payment provider delays, or losses resulting from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds displayed due to a data error that was corrected before the relevant event.

pk33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk33 will notify registered players through at least one of the following channels: a notification displayed on the platform upon next login, an email to the registered address, or an in-platform message. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or reordering of clauses without substantive change — may be made without specific notification.

Continued use of pk33 following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using pk33 and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
